Title: While Europe and North America are covered in snow ...
Post by: Zelhar on February 15, 2010, 10:38:03 AM: We have a heat wave in Israel. Unusual for the season, there are dry and hot southern winds which bring the heat (and smog too :( )

It may be a sort of reverse heat transfer from the cold zones to the hot zones, whereas the enthalpy and the entropy may be almost constant, without any global warming.
