I do not really usually like to use any forum for such a thread but the plight of this Jewish family requires urgent help.
In a nutshell, their son Nathan, now 4 years old, had a respiratory arrest when he was just over a year old which a result he was left with severe brain damage.
The boy had been in a rehab center for 3 years and the family has been separated for this time as the mother and twin sister moved to the center to look after his needs and his father had to stay home because of work, seeing his family only on Shabbat!
The problem is that now they need major adaptations to their family house to bring Nathan home and be a family again but they do not have the necessary funds.
They have launched an appeal on Facebook and are only requesting a $1 pledge.
