Title: Speed controls being used in Eastern Canada

How's this for excellent speed control?

I don't know about you, but this would slow me down! People slow down and try to "straddle" the hole .....

This is actually a speed control device that is in use. It is much cheaper than speed cameras.

Pretty clever - especially when moved around each day. Isn't art wonderful?

There is one concern though. What if there's a real pothole and people don't slow down because they think it's one of these?

Not a good idea, because people might try to swerve around them, which will cause more accidents.

This cant be serious.  Why dont they put giant inflatable cars in the middle of the road.  That would cause a reaction too.
