A South Korean firm will build a nuclear power plant in Jordan, Amman announced Tuesday. The plant will be built within five years, at the site of a university in Irbid. A Jordanian official said that the plant would be used only “for peaceful purposes.”

And I thought the Koreans were smart people. They should not help Muslims at all. "Peaceful purposes"? Yeah right.

Recently there have been several reports about Jordan's nuclear aspirations. Not only do they plan to build nuclear power plants, but they also plan to mine uranium and export it, which is of greater concern IMO. I don't think Jordan is going to enrich uranium herself and develop a nuclear weapons program, but it could help other Islamic nations.
