The most recent spate of terrorist attacks and attempted attacks should give all Americans pause.  The war on terror may be poorly worded, but it is ongoing and continues to cost Americans their lives.  It is beginning to look like Ft. Hood could have been prevented if we were less concerned with Political Correctness and more concerned with saving lives and winning.  The enemy is the jihadist groups who base their ideology on Islamic doctrine.

Now the ubiquitous disclaimer: The majority of Muslims are not terrorists and do not support these acts…duh! This is especially true when we look at how many Muslims are VICTIMS of the Jihadists. Nevertheless, we cannot ignore the doctrine of what they claim justifies these heinous attacks. Also, we need to acknowledge and comprehensively combat nation states (Iran) and organizations (Al Qaeda) that sponsor them.  We must fight the war both militarily and ideologically with a focus on intelligence gathering and human rights, respectively.   Of course, to do that we must first accept that we are engaged in a war and not in a series of unrelated criminal investigations.

The USA are constantly at war. This did not end with WWII... It was followed by cold war, Vietnam, Gulf War etc...

and this is something bad? most of the nations got formed and developed socialy and scientificaly beacuse of wars.

Well it is nothing good either. How many American soldiers lost their lives for some filthy people who didn't know how to live like humans!?
