Title: we should have a meet up

i know this sounds far fetched, but if we are serious about this, i think it would be great if we all met up and discussed how we should be more active.

I agree.  We should meet someplace relatively quiet where we can all get acquainted and talk to each other.

I would love to go to Israel. Hopefully I will move there soon. Until then, I hope the NY JTF' ers can meet up somewhere soon.

In the New York area would be fine. Able to get there by car and park easy even better.

I say we meet in Queens college.  There is parking on the side streets since you need a permit to park in the college I think.  You can get there with public transportation as well and it is somewhat near a train station (two buses away).  We could meet outside the Library where there are places to sit and then we can go into some place private.  Also Chaim lives very close by if he would decide to join the meeting (which I doubt).  Then we can walk to the nearby Kosher Pizza store for some lunch if you want.

That sounds like a good spot I lived there in Flushing many years ago just off Main Street.

What time you want to make the meeting?  What about 4 PM this Sunday (May 27) since I'm at School the rest of the day.  Let's meet in front of the Queens College Library, sit around the (probably dried up) water fountain in front of the Library.  The Library has a giant clock tower so you can't miss it anywhere in the campus.

What about Monday which I think is Memorial Day.  Looks like only me and you are coming so far.

Monday would be hard for me because I come from eastern Long Island and the traffic that day would be murder. Sunday might be better. Lets see if any other members prefer one day better than the other.
