"Hate Crimes Laws" Have always been a double standard.  You never hear the words Hate Crime with Mulli black animals rape white women and kill whitey or police officers then they call that "Black Rage"  imagine if we had "White Rage"  Where white Americans are sick and tired and have had enough certain groups of people that simply born losers that blames everyone for their failures to be retarded.

"HATE-CRIME" LAWS ARE CLEARLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND ILLEGAL.
SPEECH IS FREE IN THE U.S.A.
