I'm writing this in the aftermath of viewing a link at another post on this board, featuring an Obama official referring to Jerusalem by an Arabic name and referring to Israel as Palestine. Before I pose my question, I'd like to prepare a set-up with these three statements that I personally believe:
1) Obama is a Muslim sympathizer if not a closet Muslim, maybe not in terms of having any sense of faith (in my opinion, Obama sees his god in the mirror), but Obama probably envisions using Islam's muscle as a means of introducing international socialism.
2) Obama is indifferent (if not outright hostile) to the nation for which he was elected president.
3) And as for Israel, Obama may have a Muslim's natural hatred of Israel, or it may be a bit more pragmatic, such that Obama views Israel as a bone to be thrown to his Muslim allies, in keeping with his socialist goals expressed at the tail end of my first bullet.
I cannot imagine how the Israelis sleep at night in the face of the above realities. Friends here in America (mind you, a place in a much better position than Israel) are buying as much ammunition as their finances allow. And at last, my question: Are citizens of Israel allowed to buy and keep personal firearms for their own protection? If so, have sales skyrocketed like here in the USA?
