I'm sorry it might not be the right company for you Lisa but I've always heard that a job interview is both ways, you are interviewing them too, so you both see if the other is the right fit.

You're right Rubystars. So much of the job advice written today is all about what to say to please the interviewers, which is definitely important. Unfortunately, there's very little focus on what questions the interviewees can ask to see if the job is right, or what clues to look for to see if the workplace is a good fit.

Lisa, my sense is that better things await you. Yes, you may have to take a less than ideal interim position, but I know better things await for you. Of this I am completely certain
