Very unusual : UNWRA (United Nazis Relieving Wild Apes) putting the blame on Palestinians, not on Israel !

In passing, notice how Europe pours money into Gaza’s pockets. What about oil fat cats from Arabia financing their fellow Arabs instead of Europe ?

Maybe they're s*tting themselves over the thought that Iran is getting nuclear bombs, and therefore decided to back off on Israel while it provides the service of blowing up Iran's nukes. They'll be back to cursing Israel just as soon as they are safe again.

But don't celebrate too soon, when the power goes out and the situation worsens, that will be used against Israel.  Regardless of the reasons, Israel will get the blame for the conditions of the arabs.
