Post by: eb22 on July 27, 2010, 11:51:21 PM
Does anyone know how often the number of views is updated on a ZooTube video?

When you look at 'my video's1 you see the actual amount directly.

On the video itself it may take several hours up to a day maybe.

When you see a list of video's after a search it may take weeks.

Thanks,  Haim_Ben_Shimon_3JFB and Spiraling Leopard for your input.

The other question that comes to mind is how frequently does ZooTube doctor the video view count on a given video,    in order to inflate or deflate the popularity level of a video?       I recall Chaim once mentioning that one of the JTF videos had a much lower viewer count than the actual number of viewers who came to the video.

I know some of my video-counts got frozen: after I visited one on different computers, in- and outlogged and even after someone posted a comment it remained the same nr.
