Why hasn't Avishai Raviv been charged as an accessory to the murder of Yitzhak Rabin? Why does the Israeli government fear to reopen the Rabin assassination file?

Because Israel is corrupt it'd unbeleivable

That's why the Jerusalem-based Root and Branch Association was calling for an international commission, if I remember correctly.
