"About 40 Israeli volunteers fight on the side of Serbs"

About 40 Israeli volunteers have been fighting alongside the Serbs as a gesture of gratitude for Serb support for Yugoslav Jews against the Nazis in the Second World War.
The existence of the Israeli fighters - they do not like the term mercenaries - was revealed by Ron Ben Yishai, an Israeli war correspondent who was injured by Kosovo Liberation Army sniper fire this week while reporting from the province for the Tel Aviv daily Yediot Aharonot.
The paper said that all the Israeli fighters had emigrated to the Jewish state from the former Soviet Union and were part of a volunteer unit, the majority of whose members were Russians.
Mr Ben Yishai quoted one of the Israeli volunteers, named only as Valery, who recently returned home after fighting in Kosovo for a month, as saying: "We decided to fight alongside the Serbs as a token of our gratitude for the assistance the Serbs extended to the Jews of Yugoslavia who were persecuted by the Nazis in World War Two."
The Israeli fighter said that another reason that he had joined up was "identification with the Christian Slavs' fight against the Muslims trying to take over Europe".
Diplomatic observers noted that, at an earlier stage of the Yugoslav crisis, many Islamic volunteers - including former members of the Afghan Mujahidin rebels who had fought against the Soviet forces - fought alongside the Bosnian Muslims.

Praise G-d that this happened and the Serbs got to know they were not alone, but I fear it was too little, too late. Jews in general and Israelis in particular must continue to stick up for the noble Serbs and the noble Sinhalese (the Serbs of south Asia), who both still face Muslim Nazi holocausts.

That is probably just the date it was posted on Free Republic. It is most likely from during the war when The Clinton and Nato Nazis attacked Serbia.
FYI, records indicate that it was Clinton's Nazis (http://serbiandefenseleague.com/innocent.htm) that incited the hatred toward the Serbs that resulted in NATO bombings.

Instead of fighting alongside the Serbs, which the Serbs do very well alone,
these Jewish Volunteers should have gone to "see" albright
"eyes in eyes"...in order to wake her up...or at least to speak Hebrew with her,
just to see if she is sane (Serbs know she's not),
and to REMIND HER some of the historical facts she OBVIOUSLY forgot (?)...
This would have helped the Serbs and Serbia proper much, much, much more.

Husar, I'll try answering to the best of my ability, I'm sure many others will have a better answer but here goes:
The one thing you have to understand about many Jews, particularly in America is that they are Jewish by name only, they have no attachment to Judaism and have turned their backs on real Jews moreso than on any other people. The Jews of America during World War 2 turned their backs on European Jewry themselves. They turned their backs on 6 million of their brothers and sisters who were slaughtered, they were comfortable in America and did nothing, nothing to pressure the US government to get involved or to take any action against the genocide of their own in Europe. They did nothing prior to the war to pressure their various governments in opening the doors of their country to take these Jews in as refugees, subsequently many were turned back and were murdered in Europe. American Jewry is to blame for much of the Holocaust.
There is a sick mentality within left-wing, anti-religious Jewry, this mentality is one where the Jew has to appease and accomodate every single one of his enemies in order to seek "acceptance". This type of Jew has been so scarred by thousands of years of anti-semitism that he has the mentality that he must do everything possible to gain favour from the world, consequently, he will turn his back on his own and on his allies. It is like a collective Stockholm Syndrome. This is why many of these so called "Jews" mentioned in previous posts here took the pro bosnian-nazi stance, not because they don't like the Serbians or do not appreciate the fact that the Serbs were the Jew's allies, but to suck up to the muslims so the muslims would not "hate" them and that the rest of the world would see that these Jews are just like them in their opinions.
The leaders of Israel are of the exact same stock of mentally ill, weakened Jew. They are willing to destroy their own country in order to seek acceptance by both the arabs and the world at large. Real Jews who believe in G-d, in the Torah and do not care that the majority of the world hates them are not like these self hating left wing kikes. Real Jews (and there are many) deep down know that the Serbs were one of the few people who were heroic in World War 2 and who are being persecuted and ethnically cleansed today in a vicious and barbaric fashion. Many of the Jews today are as disgusted by these self-hating, left wing kikes as the Serbs are for what they did. Remember, these same "Jews" are destroying and dismantling Israel. They are non-observant Jews, they are Jewish by name only, many are not even halachically (according to Jewish law) Jewish. They would not know a single Hebrew prayer or have been inside a Synagogue. Real Jews hate these heathen kikes moreso than anyone else. They are what is known as the "Erev Rav", the "mixed multitudes", the same types of Jew who made the Golden Calf even after G-d performed miracle after miracle to get them out of bondage in Egypt. They are the sole reason why some Serbs now hate Jews (when before they never did). Judaism explicitly states that these types of "Jews" who are traitors and informers have no hope.

I have seen photos of Jasenovac, they are horrific beyond description. I have seen photos of devastated Serbian villages during the nato/nazi led ethnic cleansing of the Serbs, and they too are horrific beyond comprehension. The whole world turned their backs on the Serbs, not just some retarded so called "Jews". The Dutch, the Belgians, the Germans, Western Europe in general turned on you, just like the Jews, everyone was against you, the victims were turned into villains. This scenario is being played out again, this time against the Jews of Israel. The silent majority of Jews know that the Serbs are Jews are victims being punished for being victims. We know that the kosovars put a sign outside one of their towns proclaiming "Our Ramallah" and calling the Serbs, "Zionist pigs", this is not foreign to us, we know that the croats and muslims are beasts, I for one wish you would have eradicated all of them.

I know that these so-called Serbs in those stupid white power websites aren't at all representative of Serbs. I also find it odd that Slavic people would embrace a white-supremacist, nazi ideology, specifically an ideology that led to the genocide of Serbs, as you correctly mentioned. They remind me of the anti-Zionist "Jews" who believe that Israel has no right to exist and will side with the arabs who are modern day nazis.

Stay here at JTF, listen to all the audios, watch the videos and listen to all the archived shows, you will find that the real Jews such as Chaim Ben Pesach are some of the biggest supporters of the Serbs and Serbia, and they have been for a long time!
I was always taught as a child by my parents that the Serbs were the few genuinely righteous people in Europe and were the few that protected Jews, so I have always supported the Serbs from a young age. G-d bless the Serbs and G-d bless you my friend!

Hi Husar, and all Serb and Jewish brother/sisters here and everyone else. I felt like responding to this thread because Israel/Serbia ties are interesting to me. I don't agree with all things here in JTF but know that I support Israel and Serbia 100%. I'm Australian part Jewish. I'm not Serb but I always feel close bond with Serbs and Jews. :)
My childhood friends were Serbs from Bosnia they hold a special place in my heart. I know Kosovo belong to Serbia and I'm disgusted by the actions of the US and some European countries. >:(>:(>:(
At the time Israel was against the NATO bombing in 1999 Ariel Sharon warned American Jewish leaders "If Israel supports the type of action that's going on in Kosovo, it risks becoming the next victim. Brutal intervention must not be legitimized as a way to try to impose a solution in regional conflicts." I dislike Sharon for whole Gaza and personal corruption, and now things worse with Olmert but back then Sharon make sense.

From what I have read Israel/Serbia have always had good friendship. Military ties between Israel and Serbia go back to 1992. I remember reading Mossad aided Bosnian Serbs and helped provide them weapons. 8) ;D
Also recently read Serbia Israel cooperate more in defense sector and Israel still says its against an independent Kosovo. I hope more than anything that Israel stand up for what is right and keep supporting Serbia and not listen to US. But with weak current political leaders they probably cave into US pressure. >:(
Still all Serbs should know that despite this all and corruption in Israeli politics, I sense that their are many in the government and many Jews that support Serbia as you can see here. G-d bless Israel and Serbia. :)

The Srebrenica report reveals the Pentagon's role in a dirty war

The official Dutch inquiry into the 1995 Srebrenica massacre, released last week, contains one of the most sensational reports on western intelligence ever published. Officials have been staggered by its findings and the Dutch government has resigned. One of its many volumes is devoted to clandestine activities during the Bosnian war of the early 1990s. For five years, Professor Cees Wiebes of Amsterdam University has had unrestricted access to Dutch intelligence files and has stalked the corridors of secret service headquarters in western capitals, as well as in Bosnia, asking questions.
His findings are set out in "Intelligence and the war in Bosnia, 1992-1995". It includes remarkable material on covert operations, signals interception, human agents and double-crossing by dozens of agencies in one of dirtiest wars of the new world disorder. Now we have the full story of the secret alliance between the Pentagon and radical Islamist groups from the Middle East designed to assist the Bosnian Muslims - some of the same groups that the Pentagon is now fighting in "the war against terrorism". Pentagon operations in Bosnia have delivered their own "blowback".
In the 1980s Washington's secret services had assisted Saddam Hussein in his war against Iran. Then, in 1990, the US fought him in the Gulf. In both Afghanistan and the Gulf, the Pentagon had incurred debts to Islamist groups and their Middle Eastern sponsors. By 1993 these groups, many supported by Iran and Saudi Arabia, were anxious to help Bosnian Muslims fighting in the former Yugoslavia and called in their debts with the Americans. Bill Clinton and the Pentagon were keen to be seen as creditworthy and repaid in the form of an Iran-Contra style operation - in flagrant violation of the UN security council arms embargo against all combatants in the former Yugoslavia.
The result was a vast secret conduit of weapons smuggling though Croatia. This was arranged by the clandestine agencies of the US, Turkey and Iran, together with a range of radical Islamist groups, including Afghan mojahedin and the pro-Iranian Hizbullah. Wiebes reveals that the British intelligence services obtained documents early on in the Bosnian war proving that Iran was making direct deliveries.
Arms purchased by Iran and Turkey with the financial backing of Saudi Arabia made their way by night from the Middle East. Initially aircraft from Iran Air were used, but as the volume increased they were joined by a mysterious fleet of black C-130 Hercules aircraft. The report stresses that the US was "very closely involved" in the airlift. Mojahedin fighters were also flown in, but they were reserved as shock troops for especially hazardous operations.
Light weapons are the familiar currency of secret services seeking to influence such conflicts. The volume of weapons flown into Croatia was enormous, partly because of a steep Croatian "transit tax". Croatian forces creamed off between 20% and 50% of the arms. The report stresses that this entire trade was clearly illicit. The Croats themselves also obtained massive quantities of illegal weapons from Germany, Belgium and Argentina - again in contravention of the UN arms embargo. The German secret services were fully aware of the trade. >:(
Rather than the CIA, the Pentagon's own secret service was the hidden force behind these operations. The UN protection force, UNPROFOR, was dependent on its troop-contributing nations for intelligence, and above all on the sophisticated monitoring capabilities of the US to police the arms embargo. This gave the Pentagon the ability to manipulate the embargo at will: ensuring that American Awacs aircraft covered crucial areas and were able to turn a blind eye to the frequent nightime comings and goings at Tuzla.
Weapons flown in during the spring of 1995 were to turn up only a fortnight later in the besieged and demilitarised enclave at Srebrenica. When these shipments were noticed, Americans pressured UNPROFOR to rewrite reports, and when Norwegian officials protested about the flights, they were reportedly threatened into silence.
Both the CIA and British SIS had a more sophisticated perspective on the conflict than the Pentagon, insisting that no side had clean hands and arguing for caution. James Woolsey, director of the CIA until May 1995, had increasingly found himself out of step with the Clinton White House over his reluctance to develop close relations with the Islamists. The sentiments were reciprocated. In the spring of 1995, when the CIA sent its first head of station to Sarajevo to liaise with Bosnia's security authorities, the Bosnians tipped off Iranian intelligence. The CIA learned that the Iranians had targeted him for liquidation and quickly withdrew him.
Iranian and Afghan veterans' training camps had also been identified in Bosnia. Later, in the Dayton Accords of November 1995, the stipulation appeared that all foreign forces be withdrawn. This was a deliberate attempt to cleanse Bosnia of Iranian-run training camps. The CIA's main opponents in Bosnia were now the mojahedin fighters and their Iranian trainers - whom the Pentagon had been helping to supply months earlier.
Meanwhile, the secret services of Ukraine, Greece and Israel were busy arming the Bosnian Serbs. Mossad was especially active and concluded a deal with the Bosnian Serbs at Pale involving a substantial supply of artillery shells and mortar bombs. In return they secured safe passage for the Jewish population out of the besieged town of Sarajevo. Subsequently, the remaining population was perplexed to find that unexploded mortar bombs landing in Sarajevo sometimes had Hebrew markings. :laugh:
The broader lessons of the intelligence report on Srebrenica are clear. Those who were able to deploy intelligence power, including the Americans and their enemies, the Bosnian Serbs, were both able to get their way. Conversely, the UN and the Dutch government were "deprived of the means and capacity for obtaining intelligence" for the Srebrenica deployment, helping to explain why they blundered in, and contributed to the terrible events there.
Secret intelligence techniques can be war-winning and life-saving. But they are not being properly applied. How the UN can have good intelligence in the context of multinational peace operations is a vexing question. Removing light weapons from a conflict can be crucial to drawing it down. But the secret services of some states - including Israel and Iran - continue to be a major source of covert supply, pouring petrol on the flames of already bitter conflicts.

I had no idea that the Mossad armed the Bosnian Serbs! I know that the Israeli's supplied weapons to the Northern Irish Loyalist Paramilitaries in the 70's (and rightfully so, the IRA are a hideous groups of child killing beasts who on the side have trained and provided weapons to the islamonazi PLO in their quest of Jew extermination), but having read that they provided the same for Serbs is heartening indeed! I am also heartened that the Jewish community of Sarajevo was saved from the clutches of the muslims.

Hi AussieJTFer, I was heartned too when I first read about this and I think most don't know about it because the intelligence reports only came out a few years ago. Israel and Serbia have the same enemies and I think now more than we need to unite especially with international pressure being poured upon us to give up more territory too Muslim Nazis.

Exactly, the problem is that the majority of the western world is blinded, doesn't care or is complicit in allowing jihadism to take over the world.
