As usual, Rav Kahane is getting the blame & the credit!

That's a Fascist law. The only loyalty Jews should have is for
G-D and His chosen people, not a State of which very basis is
anti-Jewish - a secular, Hellenized Communist ghetto.
The State of Israel was founded in such manner that real, good
Jews will never be able to seize power but by force. It is an Elitist
Oligarchy that has no hope and is a modern equivalent of the Crusader
Kingdom of Jerusalem. Nothing will promise the State safety from the
Islamic world, but an almost impossible revolution or the foundation of
the State of Judea.
-
Israeli govt paving the way for "right of return" for abbas's arabs. This will be one of the tools to deceive the public and foist it upon them.
-
They continue to turn a blind eye to the potential contradictions between a "Jewish" state and a "democratic" state when there is a growing population of Arabs who bide their time and make use of the demographic weapon to ultimately turn the Jewish state into a new Islamic state...democratically !
-
This whole thing is ridiculous. This law is supposed to apply primarily to Arabs : what guarantee of actual loyalty is an oath for people who hate the Jewish state and whose religion teaches them to lie in order to fool the ennemy ?
-
Yeah the arabs are born liars and all they have to do is lie to get around this "oath". Stupid law.
-
loyalty oath?
good start

loyalty oath deporting Arabs? good start
fixed

loyalty oath deporting Arabs? good start

having everyone taking a loyalty oath to israel is a good start
sending the arabs to jordan is the endgame.

I think the issue is the term "Jewish State" which has all the arabs and world leaders trembling in their pants...
For anyone other than a Jew to admit that Israel is THE JEWISH STATE is a miracle. I don't see this any more difficult than Jewish Americans saying the pledge of allegiance, which I proudly said every day in public schools.

Re: "loyalty oath"?
But each Kol Nidre service all Jews renounce any and all oaths taken! :o

That's not what this law is about. It's for any new immigrants that come to Israel and get citizenship. This law is not applicable to current citizens.
Trust me when I tell you, whether it's 5 months from now or 5 years from now, this is the first step in an assortment of moves that are paving the way for "right of return" for PLO arabs and selling that move to the Israeli public. It is planned and coordinated and the Israeli regime knows what it's doing. Bibi is playing his part... It's a long road. It remains to be seen how significant his part will be in the greater scheme.

I have nothing against jokes, but it's strange how your jokes draw from the antisemitic tradition.

sending the arabs to jordan is the endgame.
Moshiach conquering Jordan is the Endgame: "And he will destroy the corners of Moab (= Jordan)" (Bamidbar 24)!

Jordan is Ammonite though
but il take it back
endgame is israel stretching from the nile to euphrates, and the arabs are either out or are doing israel's menial jobs.

Bibi now wants the Loyalty Bill changed to include Jews http://www.jpost.com/Israel/Article.aspx?id=191883
It's a shame that there's no one at all on on the Torah intellectual level to give us a Kahanist (ie true Torah) take on the subject. Even Chaim has nothing to say about it.
One thing it has done which is good, is to stir up the whole subject of "Who is a Jew", "Who is an Israeli", "What is loyalty", "What is disloyalty", "What is a Jewish State" etc.
Anything to stir things up!
"The only way to advance is through confrontation!" (R.Meir Kahane 1977)

This is borderline silly. Why not ask Chaim the question on Ask JTF and see if he has something to say about it. I'm almost positive he does have something to say.
But can't you think for yourself? Why do you need someone else to formulate your beliefs for you?

Ok?
-
Actually, I see that someone asked about this in this week's ask JTF. Ashe Dina asked Chaim the question, so if you listen to the program, you'll hear what Chaim has to say about it.

According to this http://www.haaretz.com/print-edition/news/kahane-s-vision-for-loyalty-oath-was-not-so-different-than-barak-s-1.319174 R.Kahane himself proposed a Loyalty Bill in the Knesset 25 years ago!
-
"Late extremist rabbi proposed every non-Jew wishing to become a naturalized Israeli would have to pledge to 'the State of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state in the spirit of the Declaration of Independence.' "
But Rabbi Kahane said how many times that Israel cannot be both Jewish AND democratic (in other words, it can't survive as a Jewish state if it lets arabs vote).
-
The major difference is this: Rabbi Kahane proposed this as part of a platform in which the same platform outlined the expulsion of the arabs.
Rabbi' Kahane's was also not for "new immigrants" it was for Arabs already living in Israel!
Barak proposed this as an end in itself - simply now part of the immigration procedure - and with the ultimate goal of justifying "arab right of return" to the israeli public.
-
This is the stupidist idea the fake right have ever had. It is without a doubt the dumbest thing since they attempted to buy arab loyalty with flushing toilets. We know what their word is worth. Ein aravim ein piguim!
