Yes, I have seen a few things about Hunter and I think he would be great. I think Chaim likes Hunters position on things also but as he said on one of the Ask JTF Shows Hunter has almost no chance of winning. It wont happen but it might be interesting if one of the more Liberal Republicans tapped Hunter for V.P to round off the ticket so to speak.  It may be what Rudy's ticket needs to tone down some of the distrust by Conservative Republicans

Duncan Hunter has a lot of support on conservative websites, and is getting chat time by political commentaters that liked his performance on the Republican debates.  His chances are growing.

I've been posting about him for the past couple weeks.  Do you check out the Presidential Election section of the forum?

This is true.  We need to convince these people on other conservative forums that Fred Thompson is no different than Fred Thompson.  Thompson was a big supporter of McCain in 2000.  Remind them of this and see what they say.

Fred Thompson was a big supporter of Howard Baker.  I don't know much about Baker (is he similar to James Baker?) but JSullivan mentioned in a thread that Howard Baker was a big RINO (Republican In Name Only).

Could someone expand upon Howard Baker's RINO views?

Your response is vague so could you elaborate?  I know that Spector, Snow and Collins support open-borders.  What else are their views?
