It's an  old video by the piss now troll antichaimbenpesach. I will just say it is supposed to be a "biography" but it is really the lowest level of toilet humor. No point in translating this piece of crap or listening to it really. The only thing worth of mentioning in this video is that the voice could be that of Yariv Openhimer.
