The Gog and Magog troops will be in Yerushalayim by August of 2011 to divide the City and expel up to 550,000 Jews from their homes in Judea, Samaria, and “East” Jerusalem. The world will be punished like never before in history, much worse than Egypt was before and during the Exodus. The travails should last nine months before as it says in the Talmud Persia falls into the hands of Rome (the West). The war will be bloody and nuclear (see Zecharia 14) for the nations that come up against Yerushalayim. They will be punished for this sin and all the others that they have committed against the Jews for the last 3300 years. For this alone America will probably get off much lighter than Europe will. But all will suffer for this crime. I don’t look forward to this part of the redemption. It will be sad and painful for all. But this is what the prophets of Israel related to Mankind between 2400 and 2700 years ago. G-d is Just, and he will redeem Yerushalayim with justice.

Israel is in a really bad drought now. Maybe it's a punishment?

LOL, mord, when you say "is it true?" what do you mean exactly?
Somebody is making a prediction from his ouji board or out of his donkey or however he's making it, how do you know if a prediction is true or false until the date when it's predicted to happen? In august 2011, we will know whether it's true. But considering how difficult it is to predict pinpoint events at future dates and how many people fraudulently do so, I'm going to venture a guess and say it's false :::D
You should ask this fellow who told him the date and time and what exactly would happen. And was he also granted "3 wishes?"
