Is there any legal action we can do to youtube for taking down our vids?

It's a private company, they have the right to take down anything they don't want on their site.

It's nothing new, but for a while it did seem like we had a reprieve of some kind since most were not removed.  I guess we may have to look at those days nostalgically, or maybe it was just a bad day and we'll get in the clear soon enough again.

However, the problem is exacerbated by the presence of a small posse of people (3-5... or less) who exist on youtube for the sole purpose of slandering JTF members, slandering Chaim, and fighting the JTF movement.   I'm not going to elaborate here but you can figure out what may be happening.

All of the videos have been uploaded once again to zootube. It only takes a few minutes to upload each video once again.

Every time we upload again, our videos receive an extra boost because zootube gives extra attention to new videos. So ironically when our videos are taken down and we put them back up, the videos wind up getting even more views. Zootube publicizes the new videos more in order to encourage people to upload more new videos.

BTW, we have about 2000 videos on nearly 500 seperate channels on zootube.

Here are the 6 newly uploaded videos that were removed (it took less than an hour to reupload all of them):
