The 97% of Arabs that supported Hezbollah, were members of the "Palestinian" Authority.

Sounds like 3% of Fakestinians are doing taqqiyah.

The PCPSP Arab Poll shows that 84% Supported and 13% opposed the March 2008 Hamas attack on an West Jerusalem which murdered 8 People. http://www.pcpsr.org/survey/polls/2008/p27e1.html#peace

There is no major difference of opinion between the PA and the Israeli Arab citizens.
 
The other poll you mention was published by Palestinian Center for Public Opinion (PCPO) and I think its name says all that we need to know about it as a credible source.

A PSR Arab Poll on Oct 4 2010 Shows 51% supported the Hamas attack which murdered 4 settlers while 44% opposed the Hamas shooting
