This must be a setback for the self-hating dispicable human being named Rahm Emmanuel... The loser stepped down from his position in Obamas administration in order to attempt to run for office in Chicago.... Apparently the people of Chicago do not consider him eligible to run in this election due to the fact he is not a resident. If only they checked on Obama to make sure he was eligible to run for president before his name appeared on ballots...

Court orders Emanuel off mayoral ballot
Rahm Emanuel should not appear on the Feb. 22 mayoral ballot because he does not meet the residency standard, according to a ruling issued by a state appellate court today.
Emanuel told a news conference he would appeal the decision to the Illinois Supreme Court and would ask for an injunction so his name will appear on the mayoral ballot.

This is great, let us hope he continues to have obstacles put in his path. Illinois blacks were mad because they feel Obama-Clinton has abandoned them. They want Carole Mosley Braun!
