The Turkish military are traditionally 'secular' Muslims.
But what if Turkey joined Syria and Iran in attacking Israel?
Even Israel taking on the Turkish navy and airforce alone would be no joke.

The Israeli uberdumpfs have upgraded many Turkish tanks and planes over the years.
Turkey's massive well trained army, air force and navy, (which is geared to taking on Greece and Russia simultaneously!) advancing on Israel via Syria would be the end of Israel.
Israel's only response would be to nuke Istanbul and Ankara!
Don't say it couldn't happen!

Greeks should respond to Israel being attacked by Turkey when ISRAEL IS THE ONE WITH NUKES???!!! Yes, Greece should support Israel, but, GREECE HAS MORE JUSTIFICATION TO USE YOUR SAYING AGAINST YOU THAN YOU DO AGAINST HER! First of all, Israel's government is a leftist, Bolshevik government--even more so so than Greece's Bolshevik government--and one that has been (stupidly) rubbing elbows with the Turks; given that, would the Greeks not be self-hating to launch an invasion of Turkey if they attacked a country with nuclear capabilities that was too scared to USE WEAPONS THAT GREECE DOES NOT HAVE??!
Come on, give me a break! I support Israel as should all Greeks, but blaming Greece for not pulling the gun that you have against your own head away is absurd.
GREECE IS THE ONLY REASON WHY TURKEY HAS NOT WAGED WAR ON ISRAEL IN A MORE FORTHRIGHT MANNER!!!
AND by the way, to say that Turkey's military is designed to take on RUSSIA and GREECE is so ignorant it's baffling! Greece's military alone is superior to Turkey's (not to mention her men) while her spending almost matches Turkey's. And, Russia, the country with the largest nuclear arsenal? HAHA whom are you trying to fool?! AMERICA SHOULD BE WORRYING ABOUT RUSSIA, TO HECK WITH BACKWARDS, SMELLY COUNTRIES LIKE TURKEY!!
PS: I'm not trying to sound hostile, but to say that Greeks are as equally treacherous as those who committed a holocaust against them (not to mention many other peoples) is so obscene, not to mention evil. That would be like me saying that you can't count on the equally treacherous Jews to wage war against Germany on Greece or Serbia's side regarding some conflict involving Germany; how disgusting would saying that be? Very. Moreover, by saying this, you necessarily are implying that Israel has been more "loyal" to the Greeks in some way. The Greeks should support the Jewish people and the JEWISH STATE OF ISRAEL, but you're pulling for straws to contend that Israel has been more loyal to Greece than Greece to ISrael.
PPS: To even say that that Greeks are treacherous is ridiculous. Serbs have been our best friends for oh, I don't know, 800 years, and we have yet to turn our back on them. During the Yugoslav wars, who funded Serbs struggles, went to fight with Serbs, zealously supported their heroic allies and brothers, etc. and so on? THE GREEKS, those who today STILL support the Serbs and fanatically oppose ALL attempts to vivisect the BEAUTIFUL state of Serbia, WHICH EXTENDS BEYOND THE DRINA!!!

When the Greeks got friendly with the Syrians in the 80s, the Turks got worried and made military alliances with Israel.
Now it's the Turks who are in bed with the Syrians, so the Greeks feel threatened enough to make alliances with Israel. such is the Levant. And it could yet reverse again! The very adjective "levantine" means 'a crafty dodger who can't be trusted'!

Well, I don't agree with Greece making any agreements or having anything to do with Muslim peoples.
Greece and Greeks should support the Jewish people and the JEWISH state of ISRAEL, but if the self-hating govt is colluding with the Islamic Nazis to destroy Greece because they think it's in their interest or are willing to accept as much in their dealing as "collateral" damage, that's a problem. Nevertheless, Greeks and Greece should not have any dealings with Muslim countries even if such is the case...

Actually I used to think, that no country in the middle east, and possibly the world, with the exception of the United States and possibly Russia, would have a chance in a war against Israel. Israel has the second largest airforce on earth. Israel can field enough fighter pilots for round the clock airforce bombing raids., day after day.
However my opinion of Israel's war prowess has drastically changed since Hezbolla fought Israel to a standstill,just a few years ago. At this point, I'm not impressed with israel's so called military might. And believe me, the Arabs have taken notice as well.

And at the end of it, the airforce was totally out of fuel and bombs, which Bush had to emergency replenish!
The IDF only has enough reserves to wage even a partial war for one month.
The Israeli airforce excels though at lightning one-off strikes eg Osirak, Tunis, Sudan, Syrian desert reactor etc.
