And the Israeli government wants to imprison and humiliate Rabbis who simply publish a book which ask Halachic questions. If this video is not incitement then I don't know what is...

They simply read from their holy book, the Quran. Are you saying Islam is not peaceful ? Wrong. Only when Jews discuss the halacha regarding these peaceful muslims is it incitement.
