Allot of the Nazis were incompetent and Hitler was chief incompetent. But unfortunately they had very obedient and very effective bureaucrats and officers.

I would hesitate to use the word 'incompetent'... They were very successful in exterminating about 6 Million Jews in a very organized and efficient killing machine. They even computerized the death machine with the help of IBM. It is one thing to point out the stupidity of the Nazis, another thing to call it incompetent. I think that the Nazis rank up there with some of the worst Jew killers in history thus making them very competent at killing Jews.
