It's close but Turner has lead all night.  He needs to exceed the margin of cheating.  They have impounded absentee ballots.

Turner is a 70 year old retired businessman and political novice.  He does not need a job in Congress.

The election results here really was a very big deal for a place like New York City... It shows just how sick people are of this president and "Democrap" policy as a whole... When you see a Democrat stronghold like this voting in what should be the opposition big problems exist... As for redistricting it could take place however some parts of district 9 are influential in local politics and are not going to want to be lumped in with some of the surrounding districts... Time will tell.
