Title: Can I start making my own Ask JTF program?

I always enjoy participating in Chaim Ben Pesach's Ask JTF programs. But, parallely to Chaim's Ask JTF, can I also create any thread in which I will be able to answer questions by JTFers? I understand that I may not have as many experiences as great Chaim Ben Pesach, but I just also want to share my views with others.
