Yes certainly. I think it means to say as long as you have Jewish blood on your hands you get to be released.

It's really crazy how the leadership in Israel is so corrupt like that! Of course the American president is nothing to brag about either.

Yeah, what a tragedy. Justice has been perverted to the lowest measure. The message shown is Jewish blood has no value. Some 600 Israeli's murdered while the heathens responsible receive no vengeance. Who so ever believes this regime is for the Hebrew people should find a Dr.
