There are 3 parts.  Unfortunately it looks like it's been cut down and edited, but right at the beginning he comments on how insane it is that terrorists who murder Jews will be set free with the PLO kidnaps a soldier.  And it is always enjoyable to hear the Rabbi speak, these are some new videos of his speaking engagement at "temple shaar hashamayim"

Btw, look at 7:40 - 9:20, Rabbi Kahane mentions how crazy Jews are that they want to win the love of the world by committing suicide.
