There are so many things wrong with that story it's hard to know where to begin.  You would think the money MTV gave them for being on that show (which sounds like it glorifies teen pregnancy), would help them to be able to afford better living conditions for their child. I'm also wondering why they weren't toilet trained and were crapping everywhere and letting their dogs crap everywhere.
