The Paultards are like the Libtards.  They are also very vocal, arrogant, and have lots of free time. 

They are in fact a small pitiful percentage that takes advantage of online loopholes and pseudo straw polls to make them appear as though they are significant... but when election time comes... the truth comes out that they are irrelevant.
