It's the title of the article. And terrorism is meant to spread terror, fear. Who doesn't want to fill the hearts of his enemies with terror and fear?

Sure, but "terrorism" is also associated with cowardly actions, so that using this word sounds strange when referring to the price tag movement, which is a reaction of Jewish pride and honour.

But of course, coming from a left-wing journalist, it makes sense that he uses the word "terrorist" as a slanderous way to refer to the Price Tag movement...
