This highlights how dumb the death penalty is in america, not because it isnt just but because its nearly impossible to put into practice. you can tie up death penalty verdicts in the courts for 30 years and waste millions of dollars trying to prosecute. since it takes so long to actually kill someone it doesnt act as a deterrant at all and the liberals squawk about how the death penalty doesnt work.

it is a self fullfilling prophecy.  >:( >:( >:(
