What do you mean by this? The Torah clearly has various punishments for sins, some such as engaging in Homo relations, Adultery and violation of Shabbat are punishable by death, others such as theft and deceit are punishable by lashes. All sins are not equal yet we don't know the correspondence of punishment in the next world to the sin in this world...
