Oh my, outrageous!

I remember a few months ago I read an article by Yahoo! News talking about Kim Jong-un planning to abandon their nuclear program in exchange for food aid (as usual). I had doubts whether this time (just this time) the North Koreans finally "repented" and finally the US would be a little wiser. Next time, I have no more doubts.
