At least he has national pride and doesn't go to the non communist doctors in the US unlike Muslim Nazi kings and black Nazi leaders.

I think Cuba has a special well run hospitals for their top people and leftist leaders from other countries to go to that's off limits to the vast majority of Cuba's people.
