I can't tell what this show is about and what they know of the person in the picture. It is wrong to judge someone just by a picture. But if you show me a picture of an Arab I will assume negative things about him based on my knowledge and experience with them. So if the 'racist' is doing the same thing regarding blacks then he is correct.

Only thing I see wrong here is that he speaks about hiring someone for his skills but won't give chance to this guy because he is black. I see this as double standards.
As for everything else, he has right to say if he don't like black people.
