Hello America!?! While America hasn't built a nuke since 1990, and in fact DESTROYS hundreds of these obsolete models each year, Russia (who already has more than twice our nukes, and all of which with much larger warheads) continues to design and build better and better ones each year!?!
When are we going to wake up, rise up, and demand that the piece of dreck in the Oval Office be tried for treason pronto?!?

What makes you think that Bush is responsible for setting U.S. policy on nuclear weapons? It is my understanding that these sorts of policy issues are recommended to the President by members of the military establishment, so the fault mostly lies with his military policy advisers. I always thought that the U.S. was constantly building nuclear weapons and improving upon them but if it's true that we haven't built one since 1990 I think that puts us at a disadvantage. It doesn't look like Russia is taking the issue of nuclear weapons too lightly, neither should we. The potential threat is always there.
