Probably the Australian.  Even that is still pro Arab but much better than others

Jerusalem Post isn't that pro-Israel but is better than most. Also many Christians read it to know about events in Holy Land.

The best pro-Israel website in English that I know is

IsraelNationalNews....

While not as right wing as we would like... It is certainly better than JPost & Haaretz...
