I request that you review the case of, and then unban, the poster known as BabylonianJew.
He did nothing in violation of any of the rules and Yacov banned him simply on the basis that he seemed fishy, mispelled Mizrachi, and had a strange email address (supposedly "tartarpower" or something like that). I do not know what "tartar power" is, or why he is eccentric, but I think most of us here are in our own way and that an insufficient case was made for his banishment.
Making silly/bizarre threads, so long as they are not obscene or incitements to illegal acts, and a preoccupation with race and skin color are not against any forum rules. I feel that one of our allies got a bit of a raw deal, and that bothers me.
I should add that Chaim disagreed with the banning on Ask JTF, and told Yacov that he knew of many weird, race-obsessed Jews like him. Is he perhaps not really a Jew? Maybe, but he hasn't shown a reason to be treated like a Nazi in anything he did.

I also would like BabylonianJew's account to be unblocked. He was mostly a good and intelligent poster and the arab lust incident could have been dealt with a warning.

I am going to go one step further and say there was nothing really wrong with that thread--at least his original post in it--at all. If I recall he legitimately asked if Arab women could be taken as concubines. He did not advocate it, he did not use sexual or vulgar words, and he did not say he supports rape.

Jokes aside, BabylonianJew has to return to show the power of tartar sauce.

I just looked at that thread and with hindsight there really was NOTHING wrong with what he posted. He posted an honest question and then posted some pictures of attractive arab women with YUMI next to them. Big deal! Whoever banned him had something against BabylonianJew to start with and then used the tatarpower e-mail address to justify getting rid of him.
Anyways, I'm all for tartar power, it goes great with fish and chips!

He posted some pictures that weren't right. Yacov had to remove a bunch of them and he did the right thing.
Plus... all BJ did was post picture after picture after picture of racial profiling. I think it sends the wrong message. I mean... it's ALL he posted. Why on earth would you want that back in the forum? I was tired of seeing post after post with 30 pictures of women off the internet. Why??
I don't think it's a good idea. I'm not sure where you guys are coming from on this one.

Tatars are nasty muslims in Russia, who are becoming gradually more radicalized and militant. Soon Russia will have the same problems with their muslims as the rest of Europe. I would be very suspicious when someone's email is "tatarpower." Hmm... ::) :-\
There is a very old Rusian expression: "an uninvited guest is worse than a tatar."
There is a joke in connection with this as well.
A tatar community files a complaint with the Russian government regarding the expression "an uninvited guest is worse than a tatar." In their complaint, they write that they find this expression offensive. The Russian government makes a decision: the expression "an uninvited guest is worse than a tatar" should be changed; it should now be "an uninvited guest is better than a tatar." ;D ;)
