With residents like that any housing standard you give them will be degraded into slum trash within a few months. They expect free service and they vandalize their own housing.

The real victim here is the taxpayers that have to put in money on such lost causes and subhuman residents because of politicians like Obama and Jarrett who make the tax payer pay and also take their cut of the operation of course.

Quite true... The government has put up several high rise projects in the big cities  over the years with nice apartments that most humans would be very happy to live in... Buildings that could last a 150 to 200 or so years with very little problems... Sadly many of the projects that have been inhabited by "the animals of American society" were rendered useless in less than 40 or 50 years... Many of the projects were so bad they just needed to be demolished...  Liberals claim the lack of respect for the projects was the fact that it warehoused the poor in less than desirable situations... I guess liberals never learned the fact that beggars really can't be choosers.
