Srbosjek (Serb-cutter) was a knife attached to a glove. It was invented for speedy slaughter of Serbs, Jews and Gypsies in the NDH, and is mostly used in the Ustaše genocide, in places like Jasenovac concentration camp during WWII.
Srbosjek means Serb-cutter. It derives its name from Serbo-Croatian words Srbi, which means the Serbs, and sjeći, which means to cut.
Srbosjek was an invention of the Croat Ustaše, a creative tool for speedy slaughter of people. The design is made in such a way as to enable speedy execution with minimum of effort. It was used widely across NDH, and competitions were organized in concentration camps such as Jasenovac to see who could kill the largest number of camp inmates in a given time period. The record was reportedly achieved by Petar Brzica, proclaimed king of cut-throats, who killed a record number of 1,360 Serbs in a single day.

Some of these are pretty good. The Arbeit Macht Frei one is a bit inappropriate. I saw an article the other day about the rise of fascism in Croatia. They have huge fascist rock concerts there where the Croats go and make heil signs and wear fascist clothing. This one particular rock concert was aired on a major media outlet in Croatia.

I just realized that Serbia is exactly the same as Israel except for the fact that we're orthodox, that is the only difference
- we have both been persecuted since our countries were established
- we have both never NEVER given in to other countries quest for our demise
- we have always fought oppression
- we have never given in to Islam to make life easier unlike the albanians, bosnian and the rest of the middle east(they were ALL Christians)
- we both fought the Nazis during WW2
- we have always been morally correct
- we are both surrounded by enemy countries that want to kill us
- we have both been victims of the holocaust

By the way, all of the bullet-points you made about Serbia are also absolutely true about Sri Lanka and the heroic Sinhalese (the Serbs of Sri Lanka) people as well. Tell me, do most Serbs support the Sinhalese nation?

Also Serbs and Israelis LOVE basketball and have good basketball teams. We played Partizan Belgrade a few times this past year and they were all great games.

War Criminal or Hero?
In its Tuesday edition, Glas Javnosti is reminding its foaming criticizers demanding that the daily be punished for publishing the “offensive” photo that Ivo Sanader, Croatian Prime Minister, for example, defended Ante Gotovina wanted by the Hague Tribunal before the crowd of 150,000 people in 2001. Sanader spoke of the man accused of most grievous war crimes as of Croatian Hero, Croatian Knight and Braveheart.
Neither BBC, nor the “international community” protested the fact that Agim Ceku, who conducted ethnic cleansing of Serbs in both Croatia and Kosovo, and is accused of committing genocide, was handed the position of Kosovo “Prime Minister.” On the contrary, Ceku is welcomed and greeted by the world’s most prominent figures and politicians, including Condoleezza Rice.
The Srebrenica Butcher of Serbs, Bosnian Muslim warlord Naser Oric was euphorically greeted by other Bosnian Muslim butchers, “his fighters,” on his return from the Hague, where he was charged for failing to prevent men under his command to commit gruesome crimes over Serbian civilians (that included roasting-on-spit, impaling and similar).
Another Kosovo Albanian “politician,” accused of ethnic cleansing of Serbs, murder, rape, cruel treatment, destruction of property, etc. during Kosovo war in 1998-1999, Ramush Haradinaj has been allowed to waltz out of Hague Tribunal to prepare his defense in freedom and to engage in Kosovo politics while waiting for the start of his trial. UN Mission in Kosovo thought this decision by the Kangaroo Court is “beneficial for Kosovo stability.”
Can you imagine Bosnian Serb General Ratko Mladić being elected Prime Minister, received by the State Department and allowed to take part in the political life of Republika Srpska, backed by the UN officials claiming this will help stabilize Bosnia? Why not? If we are all equal in the eyes of law and presumed innocent until proven guilty, then General Mladić should be treated with the same respect afforded to Croatian, Bosnian and Albanian Muslim “heroes.”
However, some are obviously more equal then others. Therefore, the 24 year old Serbian officer Žarko Stojanović shown saluting General Mladić on the photo has been suspended and removed from his unit and Glas Javnosti is facing the lawsuit for publishing the photo.
So much for “freedom and democracy” Serbs enjoy now that a “dictator” Slobodan Milošević is out of the way.

Serbian Minister for Diaspora Vojislav Vukcevic today presented Arie Livne with a special letter of thanks for his merits in strengthening friendly ties between the Serbian and Jewish people, and for the contribution to mutual respect and cooperation between Serbia and Israel.
In the past 10 years Livne has participated in all activities aimed at developing good relations between Serbia and Israel. He used his numerous international contacts to help Serbia achieve its international interests and in 1999 he lobbied for the termination of bombing of Serbia.
His interest in improving relations between Serbs and Jews is not limited only to Serbia. He is the economic representative of Republika Srpska (Serbian part of Bosnia) in Israel and he was bestowed with the Order of Honor of Republika Srpska of First Degree for his merits in helping the Serbian people. I see no reason why he would not like your video. Oh, i don't know about that... They had their own northern-type culture with norhern-style food. They were a very strong empire in the 17th-century, conquering a lot of land around the Baltic Sea. They built the first university in Estonia (and, I think, in Latvia) and brought culture to these areas, together with Germans. They are also a nation of inventors and scientists. They have quite a lot compared to their population size. I wouldn't dissmiss them. Among Northern European countries, Sweden is the most prominent culturally, I would say. At the same time, they were on the periphery of Europe, and this also shows in some respects.
