I was flipping through the channels the other day and the topic was about the Balkans:

The question was which country gained independence in 06.

Is Montenegro yet another important part of the Serb homeland that was ripped off?

Yes, Montenergo was the correct answer. 

I'm confused though;  I thought there was a conflict between Serbia and Albania?
