This moron probably has never seen a modern ambulance. Probably in his/her country advanced emergency care amounts to driving up in a pickup truck and throwing the injured in he back like a sack of potatoes and driving them to the ER.

Advanced (in native country) implies;

1) a motorized vehicle
2) has 4 wheels (as opposed to a scooter or rickshaw)
3) it can reach speeds of 35mph or greater
4) there is a clinic within 250 miles
5) the driver is sober
6) doesn't make any stops along the way

dont ambulances look pretty much the same around the world? Even ones powered by cows.
