PA Teens Wanted In Murder Of Woman Who Protested Stalking of Couple Over Cigarettes

Not sure why the police want these slimeballs... so that they can get eight months in a boot camp for "at risk youth"? These animals will then have an easier ride in life than even average blacks, because as convicted felons the state will guarantee them employment after they are released (in eight months).
