Kyle and his dad got a Negroplasti and a Dolphinplasti, is there anything wrong with that?

I thought that episode really did a good job of explaining the whole transgender thing even if I usually disagree with South Park's political points because it showed how utterly ridiculous the whole idea was. On another note it's interesting how men that want to become women are beyond reproach and yet someone who has too much regular plastic surgery can be torn apart in the media.
