Advise her for what? Prenatal care or termination? I believe planned parenthood is famous for its support for abortion and encouraging free birth-control for minors...

Planned Parenthood is a very liberal minded organization in most likely hood the simple solution in their minds for folks with little or no money would be to talk the prospective parent into a early term abortion... Let's face it there are only a few solutions here anyway... It really depends what the prospective mom goes in there looking for.

I know they do offer some free services, but they are also a very evil organization and I personally would be very reluctant to have anything to do with them. If this woman takes care of herself and gets enough folic acid her baby should be ok. I'd be worried about sending a pregnant woman even to get free services at PP because they obviously don't care about the health of her baby.
There are forums for pregnant people too where she can ask questions.
I'm curious as to what kind of services she's looking for. Is it just a checkup ACK? It's better if women get prenatal care but women have been having babies for a long time without it too. It's better not to go to PP for anything especially if there's a risk the woman could be talked into murdering her baby.
There are pro-life crisis pregnancy centers. She needs to find one of them. Call a Baptist church and ask for a referral if it's not in the phone book.

She can get assistance to help pay for the baby's needs such as WIC and there are various organizations available to help women buy baby clothes, etc. She shouldn't destroy her child over an economic situation that is temporary. If she really can't care for her baby then there are ways she can have an open adoption where she keeps contact.

ACK, there should be various homes and clinics for indigent mothers available. Many of these are free. Where does she live?

If they don't want the baby, give birth and give away to adoption rather than end pregnancy.
