I've come to realize lately that using the words hypocritical and Republicans in the same sentence is redundant. As I've said before, sit back and get ready to watch the Republican party fall all over itself trying to pander to all the different groups that they think will help them win elections. That's what the establishment Republican party is all about today. In that sense they are very much like the Democrats. They're just a lot worse at it.

What this means is that there are 2 major parties:
Left wing extremist party (democrats)'
off-brand left wing extremist party (Republicans)
Lefties have two major parties to choose from.
Right wingers have nothing.

Off-brand is a great way to describe them. The difference between Democrats and Republicans is really just like the difference between CHARMIN and GENERIC toilet paper. One may be glitzy and soft while the other is plainer and rougher but at the end of the day they're both still full of crap.
