If Hitler had won then the world would have gotten evil much sooner and there would have been a massive world wide depopulation already. The Jews would not have been completely exterminated though. Hitler was a ruthless and powerful dictator but nobody can fight against God and win. God would have protected some of the Jews. Then they and some of the righteous people in the nations of the earth would have worked together (or separately) to overthrow the Nazi world government eventually.
