This has the feel to it of a parody, but I can't tell for sure. Is this someone genuinely upset at Muslims destroying his nation or is this someone trying to make fun of right wingers who don't like Muslims?

It's genuine, he's just a bit of a character. Look at his other videos and u will see what I mean
