I thought it was a trailer for the remake of a Planet Of THE Apes movie... The one dumb monkey looked like he was fixing to loose his pants.

15 and already arrested...you can see what the futures are of these young teens who are getting arrested at early ages without any guidance.  Why didn't the Bus driver use some mace?

Sadly the driver did the right thing...  Had he went back there and touched one of them monsters he would have been brought up on charges... Even trying to help the injured child has its pitfalls... Sadly this is the world we now live in where people need to think twice about every move they make.

The bus driver had a duty to intervene.  These kids were under his charge.  I would sue the hell out of him, the bus company, and the school district.  And what kind of an adult man would sit idly by when something like this was happening?

In that case his choice was to die or get sued.

The kid might be charged for provoking the "fight" if the apes convince the judge that he used the "N word", which they probably will. I posted on this yesterday.  >:( >:( >:(
