Title: Former French African Colony in Chaos and Violence

What was worse: French colonial rule or this? 

Blacks simply cannot rule themselves.  No matter where they go chaos and violence ensues.  Even the New York Nazi Times acknowledges it, sort of.

Let's face it. If the white man never colonized Africa, they would be no civilization if you can call it that.
